Grady Gammage Auditorium (Tempe campus)
All graduates should plan on arriving at Gammage Auditorium at least one (1) hour prior to their ceremony. A cap, gown and appropriate tassel must be worn. Free parking is available in the Gammage Auditorium lot (Lot 3).
Please note: Be sure to review this important information regarding traffic delays and road closures in Tempe. Graduates and guests please take extra precautions when crossing the light rail.
Guest and Ticketing Information
The university uses a ticketing system to assure seating for guests attending convocation ceremonies in Grady Gammage Auditorium. To provide each graduating student an opportunity to have guests attend, this is a ticketed event and requires an RSVP. Tickets will be limited; each graduate is allowed up to 12 tickets. Please RSVP your plans and request your tickets through MyASU at https://my.asu.edu. Once you log in, click on the "Graduation" tab located under "My Programs and eAdvisor" (the box to the right of "My Classes"). Under the "Graduation" tab you will see a link to "RSVP for Graduation Ceremonies" - click on this link and you will be directed to the RSVP Web site.
Photography
Chappell Studio will take professional photographs of all degree candidates. Graduates will receive proofs and a price list 7-10 days following the ceremony. Graduates can pre-register their e-mail for notification of their photos being available for online viewing and/or ordering at http://www.gradimages.com/Register.cfm. Programs
Convocation programs are printed as part of the commencement program. Names of students who do not apply for graduation by the application deadline will not appear in the commencement and convocation program.
