Master of Science in Technology (M.S.)

An instructor showing students an airplane engineThe M.S. in Technology is a flexible degree that can be tailored to meet educational and professional objectives. Graduates of this program are provided with technical and professional skills for use in leadership positions in industry and education.

The degree has thesis and non-thesis options. Both options require the completion of 33 semester hours. An oral defense of the written applied or research project (thesis) is required as the final examination in either option. This defense is typically done during the last semester of study.
